Batch Action Diagram Extract Results in an OC4 Message

Sometimes an OC4 message is output for an action diagram extract operation in the batch extract. What does this mean?

Solution:

If an OC4 error is experienced when trying to extract an action diagram, this has probably been caused by a corruption in the model. To prove this, use TIEWENCY on the object id returned with the message and find the name of the action block (or procedure step). Then try to run the AllFusion Gen Host Toolset report to list the action block. It should fail. You'll then need to report this to Computer Associates for an SQL fix.
