The following product releases will be retired on the dates shown below:

Access Gen (Windows)

• Version 7.6.4 Latest Version - No Retirement Date

Access Gen (TSO)

• Version 8.x Latest Version - No Retirement Date

After the retirement date shown only later versions of software will be subject to support under our maintenance contract. Response Systems will endeavour to answer questions and resolve issues on retired releases but no new fixes will be provided after the retirement date. If you have not already done so, we strongly recommend you upgrade to the latest available version of software to take advantage of the new features and benefits that it brings.

Retirement Notes:

For CSE customers, please note that Oracle 7 is no longer supported from CSE-Access or CSE-Edit Version 5 onwards. If this will affect you then please contact us for further advice.
